10X Coaching

Every part of your training, nutrition and recovery, planned and coached in one system, designed to improve your life one rep and one mile at a time.

Onboarding baseline, nine domains measured Illustrative onboarding baseline. Nine assessment domains from the onboarding protocol (Health, Injury history, Mobility, Movement quality, Asymmetry, Strength, Stamina, Aerobic capacity, Body and readiness) are each plotted as a measured value on a nonagon radar, so the first training block is built on a full, real baseline rather than a guess. Health Injury Mobility Movement Asymmetry Strength Stamina Aerobic Body
Block programming, four phases with planned deloads Illustrative training load across four block phases (Base, Build, Peak, Taper), each with a one-word intention, and a deload marker at every phase boundary. BaseBuildPeakTaper Deload planned at every boundary.
Program delivery, one week on the calendar Illustrative training week, Monday to Sunday, strength sessions in white, endurance sessions in grey, one rest day, and endurance sessions syncing straight to the athlete's watch. Nutrition coaching, targets that move with training Illustrative macro intake against target for protein, carbohydrate and fat. The protein bar also marks last block's target and this block's higher target, showing the target itself moving as training changes, not just today's intake. Protein 161 g today +26g Carbs 278 g today Fat 65 g today Targets move as training changes.
Habits and lifestyle, built one at a time Illustrative habit list. Sleep window was added first and is now near-automatic, morning mobility followed and is holding well, and evening wind-down is the newest habit, just added this block, with compliance tracked from day one. Daily coaching access, the same-day loop Illustrative loop showing four stages in clockwise order: you train, your coach reviews the session, you check in, and the plan adjusts before the loop repeats, with same-day access to your coach at every stage. Analysis and review, tracked across a block Illustrative training-load and recovery trend lines rising across a training block, both reviewed together, with a re-test marker at block end before the next block is written. 10X Performance Coaching

The System

Onboarding and assessment

Onboarding starts with understanding you. Intake forms and a call with your coach map your health and injury history, your training background, your goals and the life your training has to fit into. Then a full assessment protocol: body metrics, a food log, a movement and mobility screen, strength testing and aerobic baselines. By the end of it we know exactly where you are starting from, and your first block is built on that standard.

Block programming

Your training is written in progressive blocks, each with a clear intention. Inside every block, strength and endurance are scheduled to complement each other, with deloads planned intentionally to ensure longevity. Each block incorporates continual evaluation and re-assessment, so the progression you get is tailored to you, not templated.

Program delivery

Everything lands on your TrainingPeaks calendar: every session, what to do and why, and daily coaching notes alongside it covering your training and your nutrition for the day. Endurance sessions sync straight to your watch, so you follow the session, not your phone. Logging and session tracking are made effortless with this best-in-class delivery tool.

Nutrition coaching

Personalised macro targets are set for your goals and adjusted as your training changes, with regular check-ins to keep them accurate. You get a full bank of resources that make it easy to follow: shopping lists, supplement guidance and fuelling plans for your events.

Habits and lifestyle

The results you want depend on what happens outside the sessions. Lifestyle coaching covers sleep, stress and recovery, with clear protocols to follow and habits built sequentially so they become routines. Habit compliance is tracked and reviewed as you progress, so the routines that support your training become the way you live.

Daily coaching access

Session feedback and regular check-ins on how you are training, eating and recovering catch amber flags before they become problems. And for anything not made 100% clear on your program, you have same-day access to your coach on WhatsApp or by booking a call. Block-end evaluation calls keep you both aligned on the support you need.

Analysis and review

Your training, recovery and nutrition data is tracked and reviewed continuously, so decisions are made on evidence and never guessed. Performance reviews show you where you are progressing and what needs to change. At the end of every block, a written report, an evaluation call and re-testing close the loop before the next block begins.

Coaching is $399 USD per month. That covers everything described on this page: the onboarding assessment, your training programming, nutrition coaching, delivery through TrainingPeaks and the 10X app, daily coaching notes, and direct access to your coach between sessions. There are no tiers or add-ons; every client gets the full system.

Yes. You do not need any experience with coaching, or any particular fitness level, to start. Onboarding is built for exactly this: you talk through your history, goals and schedule on a call, then the assessment establishes what you can currently do, and your first block is written from those results. Many clients arrive never having followed a structured program before.

A downloadable plan gives you a fixed set of sessions and leaves the rest to you. With coaching, the program is written for your goals, your equipment and your schedule, and then adjusted as you go: if a session was too hard, if work disrupts a week, or if your progress runs faster or slower than expected, the next week is written with that in mind. You also get feedback on what you log, nutrition coached alongside the training, and someone to ask when you are unsure.

Your program is delivered through TrainingPeaks. Every session sits on your calendar with clear instructions and the reasoning behind it, and daily coaching notes cover your training and nutrition for the day. Endurance sessions sync to your watch so you can follow them directly. Strength sessions are logged in the 10X app, which keeps your numbers and history in one place.

There is no fixed requirement. Most clients train in a commercial gym, but programs are regularly written for home setups and hotel gyms. Your application asks what you have access to, and your program is written for that. If your access changes, when you travel for example, the program changes with it.

Yes. Event preparation is a core part of the coaching: road races from 5K to marathon, triathlon from sprint to Ironman distance, HYROX, and CrossFit competitions. Training is planned back from your event date, and if you have several events in a season they are prioritised and sequenced together.

Nutrition coaching is included, not a separate service. You get personalised macro targets set for your goals and adjusted as your training changes, help with day-to-day structure such as meals and shopping, and fuelling guidance for training and events. It operates within a defined scope of practice: your coach is not a dietician, so anything clinical, such as a medical condition affecting your diet, is referred to an appropriate professional.

You are in contact through the week, not only when a program is sent. Session feedback and regular check-ins are part of the delivery, and for anything your program does not make clear you can message on WhatsApp and get an answer the same day, or book a call. At the end of every block there is an evaluation call to review it and agree what comes next.
